Every treatment is personalized to what your body needs that day. Rather than following a fixed routine, Kristin works with the body as a whole—recognizing that tension or restriction in one area may be connected to another.
Your treatment may include therapeutic massage, body-alignment techniques, acupressure, abdominal and digestive work, breathwork, and nervous-system regulation practices. The techniques used will depend on your needs, treatment goals and consent.
30-Minute Follow-Up — $55
A focused appointment for returning clients who have already completed an initial treatment.
This shorter session is best suited for maintaining progress, addressing a specific area or providing follow-up care between longer treatments. Because of the limited time, it is not available as a first appointment.
Available only to returning clients after an initial treatment.
60-Minute Massage — $111
A personalized therapeutic treatment with enough time to address your primary areas of concern while considering how they connect with the rest of the body.
Your session may include therapeutic massage, body-alignment techniques, acupressure, breathwork and nervous-system support. This is a comfortable starting point for new clients or for regular maintenance appointments.
90-Minute Massage — $156
An extended treatment that allows more time to work with multiple areas of the body and explore the relationships between them.
This session is well suited for chronic tension, restricted movement, whole-body patterns or anyone wanting more time for the nervous system to settle. Abdominal and digestive work may also be included when appropriate and with your consent.
120-Minute Massage — $210
A spacious, comprehensive treatment for clients who need more time, have several areas of concern or want a full-body approach without feeling rushed.
The extended session allows Kristin to listen to and work with the body in greater depth. Treatment may combine therapeutic massage, acupressure, abdominal and digestive work, breathwork, body-alignment techniques and nervous-system regulation.
Private Shower Room Add-On $15
Coming straight from work, a work out, or a busy day? Add access to our private adjoining shower room to your massage session. Your appointment will include an additional 10 minutes to shower before or after your treatment. Fresh towels and shower products are provided- just bring yourself. Select the Massage + Private Shower option when booking

The techniques used are not predetermined by the length of your appointment. Every session is adapted to your body, your comfort and what is presenting at the time.
