Every treatment is personalized rather than based on a fixed sequence. Kristin listens to the body as a whole and adapts the session according to what your body is communicating that day. Treatment may include massage therapy, abdominal or digestive support, acupressure, breathwork and nervous-system regulation practices.

Your scheduled appointment includes any necessary conversation, assessment, treatment and time to transition on and off the table. New-client intake forms must be completed before treatment can begin.

Forms must be completed and signed before treatment begins, so any form completion required at the appointment will use part of your scheduled session time.

Yes. Abdominal work may be included when appropriate and with your consent. This gentle work can support mobility, breathing, abdominal tension, digestion and greater ease throughout the body. Consent and comfort are checked throughout your treatment.

Yes. Direct billing is available where supported by the client’s insurance provider, and insurance receipts can also be provided. Clients are responsible at the time of their appointment for any amount not covered by insurance.

Item At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the appointment fee. Missed appointments may be charged the full appointment fee.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time rather than early. Manna Massage operates from a private home clinic and does not have a separate waiting area.

The clinic is located in a bi-level home and requires using approximately half a flight of stairs. Unfortunately, completely step-free access is not available.

Your appointment will still finish at the originally scheduled time and will remain at the full booked price. This helps keep the day running smoothly and respects the appointment time of the next client.
