Your body does not function in separate pieces. Tension or restriction in one area may be connected to what is happening somewhere else.
I do not follow a fixed massage sequence. Instead, I take the time to listen, observe and adapt your treatment as it unfolds. Your session may include therapeutic massage, body-alignment techniques, acupressure, abdominal and digestive work, breathwork, or nervous-system regulation practices.
The result is a treatment shaped around you—not a routine applied to everyone.

Choose the amount of time that best supports your needs. The techniques used are not determined by the appointment length; each treatment is personalized according to what your body is communicating that day.
60-Minute Massage — $111
A personalized therapeutic treatment with time to address your primary areas of concern while considering how they may connect with the rest of your body.
90-Minute Massage — $156
An extended session for multiple areas of concern, chronic tension, restricted movement or anyone who benefits from more time for the nervous system to settle.
120-Minute Massage — $210
A spacious, comprehensive treatment for clients with several areas of concern or those who want more time without feeling rushed.
30-Minute Follow-Up — $55
A focused follow-up treatment available only to returning clients after an initial appointment.
FOCUSED MASSAGE SESSIONS
A shorter, accessible way to experience Manna Massage.
Focused sessions offer intentional care for one specific area of the body. They are available to both new and returning clients and are ideal for anyone who wants targeted attention, a more affordable appointment or a gentle introduction to the Manna Massage experience.
45-minute focused sessions — $85
New clients are welcome. Please complete your intake forms before arriving so your full appointment time can be devoted to your care.
